Role Scope:

As an Entré consultant, you will work hands-on in the configuring the system, lead activities for clients, facilitate training in our ERP system, and ensure successful adoption of best practices. You'll collaborate with various departments, independently execute orders, and play a crucial role in project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and independently execute system changes in Entré.
• Plan, execute, and meticulously follow up on orders or deliverables within projects, including diligent time reporting, documentation, and verification.
• Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and finance personnel to ensure seamless integration of Entré into various business processes.
• Ensure thorough testing, documentation, and facilitate a seamless handover to the support department for ongoing maintenance and client support.
• Build expertise in the Entré product, actively developing competence, and proactively sharing knowledge within the team.

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on ERP system experience: We are specifically seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in managing orders, projects, services, and administrative functions within accounting and payroll modules.
• Post-secondary education in technology, IT, or economics.
• Advantageous to have experience in the construction or craftsmen industry and understanding workflows in these areas.
• In-depth experience in practicing payroll or accounting is a plus.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English.
