Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will own the development and maintenance of our Salesforce ecosystem and oversee the expansion of our Sales Systems portfolio. This includes CPQ, e-signature, market intelligence, subscription management, calendar booking, and integrations via Zapier, among others.

Recently acquired by a leading Private Equity firm, Aceve is in a rapid growth phase, scaling its systems landscape to support ambitious expansion goals. You will play a key role in ensuring our sales tech stack remains cutting-edge, driving efficiency and value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• System Development: Manage and prioritize Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and roadmap execution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success to build scalable solutions.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee system licenses, budgeting, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Team Leadership: Manage a Salesforce Admin/Business Analyst, ensuring project delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Continuous Improvement: Optimize existing infrastructure, implement best practices, and drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in Senior Salesforce Development, including 5+ years with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
• Preferred: Salesforce Architect background & relevant certifications (Platform Developer I & II, Architect).
• Experience in license & budget management.
