As the Sales Operations Business Partner you will directly support sales leaders to align sales strategy and business objectives across the revenue organization. You will provide strategic and operational support to the sales leadership team, optimizing operating cadences, forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews. Additionally, you will track key initiatives, facilitate effective communication, and lead change management efforts to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement in sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and refine sales programs, create and manage action plans, and track key performance metrics
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce (CRM) to recommend process changes that accelerate deal flow and pipeline growth.
- Guide accurate and timely forecast submissions using sales processes and tools and facilitate improvements in forecasting tools and methodologies to support market-specific needs.
- Partner with sales teams and operations to implement effective solutions and support targeted pipeline generation programs.
- Provide input on quota expectations to the compensation team, understand impacts of the sales compensation plan, and assist in creation and communication of sales campaigns and sales bonus incentive programs.
- Identify barriers to sales productivity and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, tools, and reporting.
- Participate in yearly review of sales territories, account assignments, and sales quota.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Conduct regular business reviews with sales leaders to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to resolve operational issues and improve communication.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4-6 years of Sales Operations work experience, ideally in the IT / Saas industry
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
