BI Reporting Analyst 

Join our fast-growing team as a BI Reporting Analyst at Aceve, where you'll play a key role in building and maintaining reports and dashboards across PowerBI and Salesforce. You'll work closely with leadership and sales teams to provide actionable insights, supporting data-driven decisions and driving efficiency in our expanding operations across the Nordics and Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address bottlenecks, improving efficiency.
• Develop and maintain scalable reporting tools in Salesforce, PowerBI, and other BI platforms.
• Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success data to provide key insights.
• Support interim and ad-hoc reporting requirements in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Optimize workflows and enhance data quality across the organization.
• Collaborate with developers to manage and optimize Salesforce and PowerBI applications.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.
• 2-5 years’ experience in analytics or operations, preferably related to revenue.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with PowerBI reporting and dashboarding.
• Salesforce reporting experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS models and sales/marketing operations is a plus.
