What will you do? 

As Finance Transformation Specialist, your mission is to ensure the accurate and timely completion of strategic finance projects by coordinating efforts across teams, tracking progress, and driving process improvements.

You will work closely with, and report to, our Director of Strategic Programs. Aceve is at a stage of rapid growth which means that you will work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects occurring simultaneously. 

You will play an important role in ensuring the success of our strategic finance projects, which will play a vital role in Aceve's success journey. This is a new role at Aceve, which means that you will have the opportunity to be a part of shaping your role and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and project
• Coordinate and track the progress of project deliverables, ensuring timely execution
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams involved in strategy execution
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to the projects
• Drive improvement projects
• In addition, other ad hoc tasks within Finance

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
  
• Preferably worked for Big 4 firm
  
• Project management skills
  
• Experience of process improvements
• Use to high pace work environment and work against deadlines
  
• Fluent in English
• Able to take complicated questions, break them down, and analyze complex quantitative and qualitative inputs to make recommendations
  
• Accurate, structured and has a non-prestige approach
  
• You take the initiative for change and find it easy to collaborate and communicate with the entire organization
• Positive attitude and is open to change
  
• Can-do attitude with a learning mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
