About the Role
We're
looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to guide
our .NET and JavaScript development team in building and maintaining robust,
high-performance products. You'll drive technical excellence across backend and
frontend (Vue.js, React, React Native), while embedding DevOps and Agile best
practices into our development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team in the development and maintenance of .NET WebAPIs and modern frontend applications.
- Design scalable APIs using .NET 6+, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL.
- Ensure high-quality code with strong test coverage using xUnit and automated testing tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence and Swagger.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and DevOps engineers.
- Promote Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and efficient developer workflows.
- Leverage tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and GitHub for seamless collaboration.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET (6+), C#, WebAPI, Entity Framework, and SQL.
- Proficient in database design (SQL Server mandatory; PostgreSQL a plus).
- Solid experience with frontend frameworks: Vue.js, React, and/or React Native.
- Skilled in automated testing (xUnit; SonarQube a plus).
- Familiarity with Azure AI Search and AI-enhanced developer tools like ChatGPT/Cursor.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with task estimation and time tracking.
