What will you do?
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Power BI Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their data visualization needs and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, identifying data sources, and creating data models that support effective decision-making processes.
You will also be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms. As a Power BI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's data-driven culture by providing intuitive and insightful visualizations that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.
You will be expected to stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices, continuously improving our reporting capabilities and efficiency. Additionally, you will provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Power BI tools and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements.
- Create and optimize data models for efficient reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power BI.
- Stay updated with latest Power BI features and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in reporting processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Your expertise in data visualization and business intelligence will directly contribute to the organization's strategic goals and operational excellence. In this role, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards. You will work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and maintain optimal performance of reporting solutions. Your proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation will be highly valued.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience working with SQL databases and data integration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
