You’ll be joining an incredible global UX team consisting of two crazy Norwegians, two innovative Swedes, and a powerhouse UX designer in Germany. This diverse group of UX experts is at the heart of Aceve’s design excellence. Together, you’ll collaborate across borders and disciplines, bringing different perspectives to the table and creating designs that are as inclusive as they are groundbreaking for all our products. 

Your role: 
As a UX Designer at Aceve, you’re not just designing products; you’re shaping the future of entire industries. We’re looking for a talented, ambitious, and creative individual who can dig deep into our users’ needs and deliver designs that don’t just meet expectations, they exceed them. You’ll collaborate with a global team of UX and service designers, product managers, and developers, all united by a passion for creating intuitive, impactful, and unforgettable digital experiences. 

This role is based in our Denmark office, where you’ll primarily contribute to our two main local product lines while also playing a key role in supporting the global UX team across all Aceve product lines. With a growing portfolio of tools shaping the construction and skilled trades industry across Europe, you’ll have the opportunity to influence meaningful change.

1. KlarPris: Imagine a platform that brings together over 100 top suppliers, empowering electricians and plumbers to streamline their purchasing process in ways they never thought possible. KlarPris is the B2B procurement platform leading the charge in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany. But we’re not stopping there, we’ve integrated KlarCalc to make KlarPris the only solution that combines purchasing and calculation in one seamless experience. 1. Ordrestyring: Thousands of tradespeople across Europe rely on Ordrestyring to manage their projects more efficiently. This isn’t just another project management tool- it’s a lifeline that digitizes and optimizes workflows, saving time and reducing costs. From small businesses to large enterprises, Ordrestyring is changing the game. 

What you’ll do: 

• Innovate: Lead UX design efforts across multiple product lines, crafting user experiences that are not only functional but also delightful and inspiring. Your designs will simplify complex processes, transforming them into intuitive, seamless interactions. 
• Collaborate: Work closely with the UX team, product managers, developers, and an international team of designers to bring your visions to life. Your ideas will help steer the direction of our products. 
• Empathize: Dive deep into user research, conducting usability tests, gathering data, and uncovering insights that will inform your design decisions. You’ll become the voice of our users. 
• Create: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that tell a story and guide users effortlessly through their journey. 
• Evolve: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices. You’ll have the freedom to experiment and innovate. 

Who you are: 

• UX visionary: 2- 4+ years of experience in UX design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered, functional, and visually appealing work. 
• Creative problem-solver: You excel at untangling complex problems and crafting elegant, practical solutions. 
• Collaborator: You value teamwork, communicate clearly, and thrive in a collaborative environment. 
• Quick learner: Eager to understand the construction and craftsmanship industry and apply that knowledge to impactful design. 
• Design enthusiast: You live and breathe design, constantly exploring and refining your skills and ideas.
