We’re looking for a skilled and data-driven Paid Social & Display Manager to own and scale our advertising efforts across six international B2B SaaS markets. You will be responsible for both strategy and hands-on execution of campaigns on platforms like, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic networks – with a focus on lead generation and brand visibility among our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
This role sits at the intersection of campaign management, creative alignment, and localized execution, working closely with SEM, web analytics, and local market teams. You’ll play a key role in building a consolidated setup that delivers consistent performance and insight across regions — and feeds into the company’s shared measurement framework.
What will you do?
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Own the paid social and display strategy across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Meta, YouTube, Google Display, programmatic DSPs)
- Plan, build, and manage full-funnel campaigns targeting ICP segments across six regions and languages in cooperation with local marketing teams
- Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure compelling, high-performing ad creative
Localization & Market Alignment
- Work closely with local marketing teams to adapt messaging, targeting, and creative to reflect regional nuances
- Ensure campaigns align with local priorities, launches, and buyer journeys while maintaining a scalable central setup
Performance Optimization & Testing
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing of copy, creatives, targeting, bidding strategies and incrementality tests.
- Develop retargeting and nurture flows across paid social/display to move prospects through the funnel
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Align with the analytics and CRM team to ensure accurate tracking via GTM/GA4 and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
- Deliver clear performance reporting and insights across teams and geographies, tied to lead quality and pipeline impact
- Contribute to and follow the shared measurement framework, including shared KPIs and definitions
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–5+ years of experience in paid social and/or display advertising — ideally in a B2B SaaS or multi-market context
- Deep platform knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Meta Business Suite; experience with YouTube or programmatic a strong plus
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and B2B funnel building through paid channels
- Experience in localized campaign execution, including working with regional stakeholders and multiple languages
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize based on data, not just CTR or CPC
- Fluent in English; additional language(s) are a plus
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with creative performance testing, copywriting, or dynamic ad setups
- Experience integrating paid media with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, GA4, and Looker Studio for campaign reporting
- Understanding of ICP development and segmentation in B2B contexts
