We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Finance Manager to support our central Group functions, including Marketing, R&D, HR, and other HQ departments. This role works closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, enable smart decision-making, and ensure financial planning is aligned with company priorities.

What will you do? 

• Partner with HQ Leadership: Support Executives and Directors of group functions with financial analysis, insights, and guidance. Ensure alignment on spending, priorities, and strategic execution. 

• Planning & Forecasting: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across HQ departments. Translate business plans into actionable financial models and scenarios. 

• Business Case Support: Evaluate and build business cases for strategic initiatives (e.g., go-to-market plans, product development, HR programs), providing scenario modeling and investment recommendations. 

• Performance Management: Define KPIs, deliver monthly reports, and support reviews for functions such as Marketing, R&D, and HR. 

• Process Improvement: Enhance budgeting, reporting, and cost optimization across the group. 
  

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Experienced finance professional with strong business and analytical skills; SaaS or subscription business model experience is a plus. 

• Background in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering in fast-paced, international organizations — ideally  in tech. 

• Strong data interpretation and presentation skills — able to translate complex insights into clear recommendations. 

• Proven ability to support strategic investments with financial analysis and business case modeling. 

• Skilled communicator who can engage and influence across all levels, including senior stakeholders. 

• Experience in process improvements, transformation projects, or deploying best practices from a group function. 

• Familiar with tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Jira, or similar ERP/BI/CRM platforms. 

• Thrives in dynamic and evolving environments; works well both independently and in cross-functional teams. 

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
