What will you do?
At Aceve, we’re on a mission to back the builders of society , the companies shaping our homes, cities, and infrastructure. We help businesses in construction, crafts, and installation do what they do best by giving them smart, easy-to-use digital tools that simplify their everyday work.
As our Customer Support Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) our customers rely on. You’ll help them get the most out of our SaaS platform, solve challenges quickly, and make sure their experience with Aceve is smooth, efficient, and genuinely supportive.
You’ll join a tight-knit team that collaborates closely, learns from each other, and enjoys tackling new challenges together. We value curiosity, clear communication, and the drive to make a difference for the people who build the world around us.
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to new and existing clients, ensuring a positive experience with our products and services
- Deliver technical assistance to users
- Train customers on how to use our platform and its features to help them get the most value from our solutions
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Manage customer interactions and track support cases using email, phone, and various online tools
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in Norwegian, Danish, and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional Nordic language is an advantage
- Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support platforms is a plus
- Service-minded, efficient, and proactive in your approach to customer interactions
- Detail-oriented and structured, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with finance, management, ERP, or other business systems
- Genuine interest in customer support and problem-solving
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative
