As our Sales Development Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of Aceve’s growth engine — leading by example and empowering your team to reach new heights.
This is a dynamic and hands-on role, split evenly between team leadership and active SDR work. You’ll not only guide and coach your team to success but also stay close to the action — developing outreach strategies, optimizing conversions, and driving measurable impact.
What you will do?
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed ambitious goals.
- Conduct weekly one to ones to provide mentorship, feedback, and motivation.
- Take ownership of team hiring and onboarding to attract top-performing talent.
- Drive and report on SDR performance metrics and KPIs.
- Execute smart market segmentation and targeted outreach strategies.
- Continuously optimize conversion and engagement processes.
- Manage both team and personal budgets with accountability and foresight.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure strong alignment and seamless lead flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 2 years of outreach experience and a minimum of 6 months in a leadership or team lead role.
- SaaS experience is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities — you know how to bring out the best in people.
- A structured, data-driven mindset combined with curiosity and creativity.
- The ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership.
