At Aceve, implementation is about more than setting up software, it’s about making change happen. We’re now looking for an Implementation Consultant who enjoys working close to customers, understands business processes, and wants to create real impact in an industry ready for digital transformation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and processes, and who takes pride in seeing customers succeed.

What you’ll be part of

As an Implementation Consultant at Aceve, you’ll be a key partner to our customers during their onboarding and implementation journey. You’ll guide them from initial scoping through configuration, training, and go-live, ensuring our platform is set up in a way that truly supports their business.

You’ll collaborate closely with customer project managers, finance teams, and field professionals, as well as with internal colleagues across product, sales, and support. Success in this role comes from teamwork, structure, and a genuine desire to solve customer problems.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer onboarding end-to-end, including scoping needs, facilitating workshops, configuring systems, and training users.

• Own your delivery plans, keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, and budget.

• Collaborate with colleagues across Aceve to create standardized yet flexible implementation setups.

• Act as a trusted advisor, supporting change management and simplifying complex workflows.

• Track billable time and ensure accurate invoicing and commercial follow-up.

What you bring

• A consulting mindset with a hands-on approach to implementation and change.

• Experience delivering business systems (ERP, CRM, or SaaS) to external customers.

• Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to manage scope, stakeholders, and timelines.

• A structured way of thinking and solid understanding of business processes.

• Curiosity, accountability, and a strong drive to solve customer problems.

• Confidence presenting, training, and explaining concepts to different audiences.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  

Nice to have (but not required):

• Experience from the construction or craftsmen industry.

• Basic understanding of finance and accounting.
