About the role
Aceve is looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Analytics & CRO Manager to drive data accuracy, insight generation, and conversion performance across our digital marketing funnel. Operating across six international markets and languages, this role sits at the intersection of analytics, customer experience, and performance marketing.
You will own our analytics infrastructure, lead conversion optimization initiatives, and generate deep insights into customer behavior and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Your work will directly enable smarter decision-making across SEM, content, product marketing, and local marketing teams, helping turn more traffic into high-quality B2B SaaS leads.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Tracking Infrastructure
Own and maintain the Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup across websites and landing pages, ensuring accurate tracking of key events and conversions.
Ensure consistency and reliability of web data in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and across platforms such as HubSpot, paid media channels, and landing pages.
Manage tracking for lead sources, UTM parameters, and marketing attribution models.
Shared Measurement Framework
Define and implement a company-wide measurement framework across all markets, including standardized KPIs, funnel definitions, and governance.
Build dashboards and reporting structures in GA4, Looker Studio, or Power BI to enable actionable insights at both global and local levels.
Act as the point of truth for marketing and performance data, supporting teams in interpreting and acting on insights.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Conduct funnel and behavioral analysis to identify friction points across landing pages, forms, and conversion flows.
Use tools such as Hotjar, Clarity, or FullStory to uncover qualitative user insights.
Design, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests in collaboration with UX, design, and content teams.
Customer Journey & ICP Insights
Lead customer journey mapping initiatives to visualize and optimize the path from first touchpoint to qualified lead across personas and markets.
Analyze performance by segment and behavior to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and guide targeting and messaging strategies.
Partner with product marketing, sales, and local teams to ensure ICP insights inform campaigns and content execution.
Market Alignment & Collaboration
Support local marketing teams with tailored reporting and regional insights across six languages and cultural contexts.
Collaborate closely with SEM, paid media, and content teams to improve campaign performance through data-backed recommendations.
Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, and tagging standards across all regions.
Qualifications & Skills:
3–5+ years in web analytics, CRO, or digital performance roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or multi-market environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
Proven ability to build centralized measurement frameworks and translate data into clear business actions.
Solid understanding of conversion optimization principles, funnel diagnostics, and experimentation methodologies.
Experience with customer journey mapping, user segmentation, and behavior-based analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, international settings.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Bonus points if you also have:
Experience with marketing automation or CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Experience working with multi-language websites and localized content.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for tagging and troubleshooting.
Understanding of GDPR, cookie consent, and data privacy regulations.
