What will you do?
As a Senior Account Manager your primary role is to expand our Danish customer base and maintain relationships with installers (electricians and plumbers) and other companies in the Danish construction sector, primarily serving SME customers as well as selected enterprise clients.
Your main task is to develop the relationship with existing customers and you are responsible for cross-sell and upsell. You will meet with high-level decision-makers in installation companies and demonstrate how our market-leading purchasing system can streamline and improve customers’ purchasing experience and processes. In this role you will also work with new customers and you are responsible for the entire sales process - from first contact to signed agreement.
Your daily tasks will consist of the following, but not be limited to:
· Expand our customer base.
· Educate existing customers on how to use KlarPris and drive increased adoption of the KlarPris system.
· Doing proactive support and overall customer care.
· Create additional sales to our biggest customers.
· Inform and guide customers and prospect about features and the system overall.
· Build strong relations to partner, wholesalers, suppliers and manufacturers
Who you are:
Your education is not important to us. However, it is important that you have extensive experience from the installation industry. We’re looking for a candidate with several years experience in the plumbing or electrical branches of the Danish market probably as a wholesaler or supplier in the installation sector. It is important that you have a solid understanding of the industry’s price structure and that you can communicate with all industry parties in a clear and concise manner.
You naturally enjoy helping customers succeed and you are reliable and exudes trust to whomever you talk to – whether it be customer, wholesaler or any other industry party. Finally, it is important that you can work together with all parties, thus making sure that everyone gets a satisfactory result.
At least 5 years of experience at wholesalers or manufacturers in the plumbing/installation branch or at an installer
Documented strong sales results
Experience in sales to the construction, plumbing or installation industry
Accustomed to running long sales cycles (1-12 months)
Experience in leading decision-makers at C-level
Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written

Klarpris is a powerful procurement and calculation module, specially designed for the electrical and plumbing sectors, with potential to expand into construction. The module can be used as a stand-alone system or seamlessly integrated as a plug-in with Entré, Ordrestyring, and Next, providing flexibility and efficiency across your workflow. Today the company is present in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
