What will you do?
We’re hiring a Support Consultant to provide financial support Norwegian customers. You’ll handle questions about invoices, contracts and payments, and occasionally help with other product-related issues. The role calls for clear communication, practical problem-solving and teamwork to deliver timely, accurate service and keep records up to date — because at Aceve our customers always come first.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, following departmental procedures and KPIs.
Provide guidance and user support with an emphasis on financial topics (invoices, contracts, billing).
Negotiate and establish payment arrangements with customers who are behind on payments.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the company support system.
Update and maintain the knowledge base and procedural documentation as needed.
Record agreed financial arrangements in Salesforce.
Collaborate with other departments and share knowledge to enhance customer service and internal processes.
Support the Norwegian support team as required.
Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluency in Norwegian
Customer‑centric attitude and strong customer service orientation.
Experience with billing, invoicing or contract support.
Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support platforms is a plus
Experience with finance systems (meriting/advantageous).
Service-minded, efficient, and proactive in your approach to customer interactions
Detail-oriented and structured, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Genuine interest in customer support and problem-solving
Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative
