At Aceve, implementation is about more than setting up software, it’s about making change happen. We’re now looking for an Implementation Consultant with focus on Accounting and Payroll who enjoys working close to customers, understands business processes, and wants to create real impact in an industry ready for digital transformation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and processes, and who takes pride in seeing customers succeed.
What you’ll be part of:
As an Implementation Consultant at Aceve, you’ll be a key partner to our customers during their onboarding and implementation journey. You’ll guide them from initial scoping through configuration, training, and go-live, ensuring our platform is set up in a way that truly supports their business.
You’ll collaborate closely with customer project managers, finance teams, and field professionals, as well as with internal colleagues across product, sales, and support. Success in this role comes from teamwork, structure, and a genuine desire to solve customer problems.
What you’ll do:
Lead customer onboarding end-to-end, including scoping needs, facilitating workshops, configuring systems, and training users.
Own your delivery plans, keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, and budget.
Collaborate with colleagues across Aceve to create standardized yet flexible implementation setups.
Act as a trusted advisor, supporting change management and simplifying complex workflows.
Track billable time and ensure accurate invoicing and commercial follow-up.
Who you are:
Your education is less important than your experience and understanding of accounting and payroll processes. You have hands-on experience working with finance and/or payroll, preferably in a consulting, SaaS, ERP, or similar customer-facing environment.
You understand financial workflows, compliance, and how accounting and payroll interact with the rest of the business. You communicate clearly with finance teams and decision-makers and are comfortable translating business needs into effective system setups.
You enjoy helping customers succeed, work in a structured and reliable way, and build trust easily. You understand that successful implementation is about people, processes, and change—not just software.
We believe you have:
Experience with accounting and/or payroll processes
A consulting mindset with a hands-on approach to implementation and change.
Experience working with financial systems (ERP, payroll, accounting software)
A structured mindset and strong communication skills
Confidence working with customers and stakeholders
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
Experience from the construction or craftsmen industry (Nice to have but not required).
