What will you do? 

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will work as an integral member of a collaborative product development team. Beyond traditional QA responsibilities, you’ll share ownership of the product outcomes with developers, product managers, and designers — supporting the team with whatever is needed to achieve high-quality releases. You will design and execute effective test strategies, automate testing processes, identify defects early, and continuously improve the team’s approach to quality. Your proactive involvement in team discussions, planning, and delivery will help ensure that both the process and the product meet our standards of excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Collaborative Mindset: Able to work effectively in a cross-functional, agile team; takes ownership of collective outcomes.

• Test Automation: Proficiency with frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify patterns and root causes.

• Technical Acumen: Understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, continuous integration, and version control (e.g., Git).

• Communication: Clear, constructive communicator — able to express testing results, risks, and recommendations in a team-friendly way.

• Performance & Security Testing: Familiarity with relevant tools for load, performance, and security validation.

• Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying informed about evolving QA practices, tools, and technologies.

Hybrid Work Model

You'll find us at Rua Eloy 8, Lisbon, just a short walk from the Quinta das Conchas metro station (Yellow Line).

We’re a growing and friendly group of around 75 team members in our Lisbon office, spread across several departments; with developers making up the majority of our team. Here in Lisbon, we work on multiple products across the company, from KlarPris to Craftnote. It’s a team size that’s big enough to create real impact, yet small enough to maintain a familiar, collaborative, and supportive atmosphere.
