About the role

This is a key role inside our group finance team, supporting a growing international operation. You'll work across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles — consolidating financials from subsidiaries across multiple countries, supporting statutory reporting, and making sure our numbers hold up under scrutiny. You'll collaborate directly with external auditors, work closely with subsidiary teams, and report to both internal and external stakeholders. The work is detailed, the pace is real, and the impact is visible at the top of the organisation.

What will you do

You'll own a meaningful part of how we report and consolidate as a group — with the rigour and autonomy to do it well.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including group consolidation

• Participate in the external audit process and work directly with auditors

• Compile and analyse financial reports from subsidiaries across multiple countries

• Support group IFRS consolidation and group-level IFRS reporting

• Report clearly and accurately to internal and external stakeholders

• Comfortable with occasional travel to subsidiary meetings and training sessions

We believe you have

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, or auditing at group or international level

• An academic degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

• Solid IFRS knowledge and hands-on experience applying it

• Clear, confident communication in English — written and spoken

• Sharp analytical skills and a genuine eye for detail — you catch what others miss

• A structured, independent working style — you manage complexity without needing constant direction
