About the role
KlarPris is the leading digital procurement platform for tradespeople and installers. We’re now looking for a structured and customer-focused Customer Success Manager who’s passionate about helping clients succeed through onboarding, consulting, and ongoing collaboration. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients get the most out of KlarPris and help them get off to the right start, configuring workflows, and providing training that benefits both their daily operations and their business as a whole.

KlarPris gives electricians, plumbers, and installers instant access to product data, price comparison, and digital ordering from their preferred wholesalers directly from one platform. We simplify the materials procurement process and increase efficiency across hundreds of trade businesses in Denmark. Your key responsibilities:
Onboard new clients and guide them through their implementation journey
Configure KlarPris according to each customer's needs, suppliers, and workflows
Share best practices and industry tips to help users get the most out of the platform
Conduct online training sessions, workshops, and ongoing check-ins
Act as the customer’s main point of contact before, during, and after setup
Document customer feedback and share insights with our Product team
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, software implementation or onboarding. Preferably in a SaaS or digital environment
Has a background in, or strong familiarity with, the installation industry (e.g., electrical, plumbing, or HVAC sector)
Communicates confidently with both hands-on professionals and system administrators
Is structured, proactive, and thrives on creating order and delivering value
Speaks and writes fluent Danish and comfortable communicating in English
Bonus points if you’ve worked with KlarPris, ERP or procurement systems, or project estimation tools but this is not required.
